Senior Manager - Microbiology/Hematology

Senior Manager–Operations-MCL coordinates with the Director-Operations-MCL for planning, budget, and performance metrics, and leads operational support for MCS business units. Responsible for staffing (FTE), capital, and policy implementation, driving operational excellence, and guiding a multidisciplinary team in financial analysis, problem solving, and collaboration. Travel domestically and internationally is required. The role will manage project execution, staffing levels, and ensure alignment with department objectives as Mayo Clinic Laboratories transitions into a new company structure; the position is 100% on-site in Southaven, MS and not eligible for visa sponsorship.
