Job Summary
Senior Manager, Finance partners with the Merchandising team to deliver actionable insights that drive growth, optimize margins, and improve overall business performance. Leads analysis of Volume, Sales, COGS, and Gross Profit across product categories, translates data into clear recommendations, oversees reporting and forecasting, and mentors a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsible for developing scalable financial processes, standardizing reporting frameworks, and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership in support of the Annual Operating Plan. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems; experience in food distribution/retail/CPG and multi-SKU environments is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or analytics
- Direct experience/exposure to merchandising, pricing, or product/category management preferred
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior executives
