Job Summary
Senior Manager, Seasonal Print & Pattern Design at Walmart Brands Design, responsible for establishing seasonal print/pattern direction across multiple SBUs (Home, Fashion, Beauty, Kids, GM), translating trend insights into holiday-specific pattern languages, building scalable print/pattern libraries and toolkits, and partnering with Editorial and cross-functional teams to bring stories to life. Lead original artwork, patterns, and illustration with digital tools (Adobe CC) and traditional methods; ensure production-ready, color-separated files; collaborate on color direction and accessibility; manage multiple projects and oversee freelance support (up to two freelancers). Requires 4+ years in print/pattern, strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; experience influencing partners and delivering production-ready design across substrates. Required Qualifications
