Job Summary
Lead Medicare Advantage growth initiatives and broker/FMO relationship management to drive enrollment and member retention. Develop and execute AEP/OEP strategies, design onboarding and outreach programs, and coordinate joint campaigns with health plans. Collaborate with Provider Operations and Marketing to align growth efforts, monitor growth/retention/ROI metrics, and ensure CMS marketing compliance. Responsible for data-driven performance reporting to leadership, supervising staff as needed, and travel up to 40% as required.
