Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Media to lead our TV, Video, and Offline media strategy and execution. This role includes defining, executing, and measuring integrated media strategies across existing and emerging channels, managing agency partners, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission. Candidates should have strong experience in media buying and optimization, particularly in DRTV and CTV, and a proven ability to drive growth through innovative media channels. The position requires strong analytical skills, communication, and leadership capabilities, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in managing Media Marketing
- Strong experience buying and optimizing DRTV and CTV performance
- Deep experience in leveraging media to drive customer acquisition
- Experience testing and launching new media channels to scale growth
- Hands-on approach to Media with exceptional attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth for consumer brands
- Expertise in platform-specific strategies for linear TV, CTV/OTT, DOOH, radio
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in media measurement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
