Job Summary
Senior Manager – Media Sales & Advertising Sales to drive revenue growth through sponsorships, advertising partnerships, branded content, webinars, events, newsletters, industry reports, and strategic alliances. Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline, identify new monetization opportunities, and close profitable deals across webinars, roundtables, industry reports, newsletters, branded content, podcasts, events, and thought leadership initiatives. Develop long-term relationships with advertisers, media agencies, PR agencies, marketing leaders, and enterprise decision-makers; negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable closures. Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion, managing key enterprise accounts and identifying upsell opportunities. Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize revenue opportunities; mentor junior team members. Monitor market and industry developments to identify new sectors and brands for expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- 9–10 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships, Digital Media Sales, or Integrated Marketing Solutions
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets
- Strong network within advertising agencies, media agencies, enterprise marketing teams, and corporate communications functions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, consultative selling, and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure large and complex partnership deals
