Job Summary
Senior Manager, Media & Connections – Italy and Albania leads market-specific media planning across TV, OOH, audio, paid social, search, programmatic, retail media, and digital video; translates centrally developed connections and IMX plans into local execution, collaborates with brand teams, IMX colleagues, agencies and bottlers to maximize ROI, monitors performance with MMM and brand lift, ensures governance and responsible marketing practices, and coordinates cross-functional activation to drive brand growth in Italy and Albania. Requires 7-9 years in media planning/buying or related fields, strong knowledge of the Italian media landscape, budget management experience, analytical capabilities, agency and cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in Italian and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- 7-9 years experience in media planning, buying, digital advertising, or connections roles (agency and/or client side)
- Strong knowledge of the Italian media landscape (digital, programmatic, social, retail media)
- Experience managing media budgets and optimizing investment performance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret media KPIs and develop optimization recommendations
- Experience collaborating with agencies, bottlers, cross-functional teams, and commercial partners
- Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus
