Senior Manager, Master Data & Entity Governance

Define and govern the critical entity model across the full technology transformation scope, covering Client, End-Customer, Product, Location, Warehouse, Carrier, Contract, Pricing, Service, Credit/Payment Terms, Licence/Compliance, and Finance master data. Establish a federated data ownership model defining Business Owner, Data Steward, and IT Owner per entity across O2C, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Quality, and local markets. Assess data readiness for O2C automation, Portal, Analytics, and AI-enabled operations, translating gaps into integration assumptions and sequencing constraints. Differentiate data dependency views for Client and downstream customer portals to prevent fragmented local data models from hard-coding into the new strategic front end. Provide decision-quality input to Design Authority and SteerCo on entity ownership and golden record strategy. This role supports Cencora's third-party logistics service in Europe, replacing fragmented country IT stacks with a single pan-European platform across 15 countries.
