Senior Manager - Mass Spec

Senior Manager – Operations-MCL leads operational planning and execution for MCL Operations, coordinating budgeting, staffing (FTE) and performance metrics for multiple business units. Serves on the leadership team with a focus on policy/system implementation, facilitates project management, and guides a multidisciplinary team including financial analysis, problem solving, and staff recruitment. Responsible for staffing in line with workload, supports department/division projects, and acts as a primary resource for communications. Domestic and/or international travel is required. Role is limited-tenure to support formation, launch, and stabilization of a new company/laboratory, with potential transition to a permanent position in a separate company. On-site requirement: 100% on-site in Southaven, MS, with location in Rochester, MN also indicated. Visa sponsorship is not offered. Mayo Clinic does not participate in F1 STEM OPT.
