Job Summary
Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations for DoorDash DashPass Canada. Own end-to-end DashPass Canada business, lead new initiatives, run experiments to improve subscriber retention, and build long-term strategy roadmaps translated into actionable plans to hit business OKRs. Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, and other teams to turn ideas into scalable products and world-class operations. Responsibilities include strategizing product direction within DashPass, conducting data-driven tests across features and lifecycle programs, building models to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments, and driving execution to improve performance. Must be able to reason analytically, communicate effectively across teams, and operate with a strong ownership mindset. Requirements include 8+ years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, or growth operations (subscription or retention experience a plus), proficiency in SQL and/or Excel, demonstrated cross-functional leadership, ability to define scope from ambiguous problems, and a bias toward action with the ability to influence across roles. Location note indicates Toronto, Ontario, Canada with full-time capability and Canada-based operations.
