Job Summary
Senior Manager Marketing Technology bridging Marketing and IT to translate business needs into epics and features, manage and optimize the martech stack, enable campaign execution and measurement, and support vendor evaluation and onboarding. Focuses on strategy, enablement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable marketing outcomes through platforms, integrations, and data flows. Requires 7+ years in martech/marketing operations or digital product roles, hands-on martech experience (CMS, CDP, MAP), and strong agile delivery and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital product roles
- Strong experience translating marketing needs into epics, features, and user stories
- Hands-on experience managing or supporting a martech stack (CMS, CDP, MAP, analytics, experimentation)
- Experience working with engineering teams and agile delivery models
- Strong communication skills bridging business and technical audiences
- Experience in enterprise or multi-platform martech environments
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Experience supporting personalization, experimentation, or customer journey tools
- Background in eCommerce and lead-generation marketing
- Exposure to vendor evaluation or RFP processes
