Job Summary
Senior Manager, Marketing for Squishmallows leads the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to grow brand awareness and sales. Collaborates with Brand, DTC, Sales, Retail Development, Creative, and licensors to align campaigns, manages asset development across TV, digital, social, photography, and influencer programs, and oversees external agencies. Develops and presents marketing plans to partners and leadership, tracks campaign effectiveness with postmortems, analyzes trends and consumer behavior, and supports retailer partnerships and licensing efforts. The role requires leadership in cross-functional teams, ability to pivot plans with product launches and retail exclusives, and travel as needed. The position emphasizes building evergreen brand campaigns, managing timelines, and delivering measurable KPIs across top of funnel brand-building and product sales, with a strong focus on social media, influencers, and agency partnerships. The role also includes managing team members and fostering collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience in consumer products and/or entertainment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or another related field is a plus
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from business insight through creative ideation to in-market execution
- Experience delivering against top of funnel brand building KPIs, as well as driving product sales
- Strong understanding of social media and influencers as marketing levers
- Experience partnering with and/or executing programs with retailers
- Experience managing agency partnerships from RFP through campaign execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel as needed
