Job Summary
Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Strategy for Disney Vacation Club leads development of marketing and sales strategies informed by data and consumer insights to drive business goals. Responsibilities include championing innovative ways to generate qualified leads in DVC’s West Coast destinations, targeting new consumer audiences, creating strategic plans to generate sales, coordinating cross-discipline teams to develop integrated marketing communications, and partnering with Finance, Revenue Management, Consumer Insights, Corporate Alliance, and Franchise teams to maximize lead representation and activation. Requires 7+ years of marketing/strategy experience, strong project management, performance analytics, leadership, and exceptional written/verbal communication with executive presentation skills. Education required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA or equivalent preferred. On-site in Anaheim, CA; full-time.
