Job Summary
Develop and own the overarching strategy for leveraging Columbia Partners across all marketing channels to support brand and business priorities. Translate Partner agreements into clear activation plans, aligning with Creative, Social, PR, Retail, and Wholesale teams to ensure brand-aligned usage and performance tracking. Provide strategic guidance on Partner content, timing, and cadence while coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize investment decisions and drive outcomes across a complex matrixed organization. Requires 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, people management skills, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Hybrid onsite four days per week near Portland, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressively responsible marketing leadership experience, including responsibility for large-scale regional or enterprise marketing programs
- People leadership experience, including leading managers and senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing brand partnership strategies across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints
- Broad industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and experience influencing strategic business decisions
- Experience managing significant budgets and optimizing investment decisions to achieve business objectives
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive outcomes across a complex matrixed organization
- Ability to anticipate market shifts and develop forward-looking strategies that position the business for long-term success
- Ability to travel as business needs require
- An active member of the outdoor community, and has firsthand knowledge of the athletes, brands, and culture that drive the industry

- A strong cross-collaborative partner, who can work well with leaders across the business
- The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week
