Job Summary

Manage Amylyx print production and fulfillment, overseeing the lifecycle of digital and print marketing assets including roll-out readiness, printing coordination, and expiry tracking. Own Speaker Bureau operations, handling vendor management, SOP development, and coordination of live and virtual training events. Support marketing events such as advisory boards and congress activities by maintaining calendars, trackers, and planning documents to ensure execution aligns with company policies, compliance requirements, and approved budgets. Track marketing spend, purchase orders, and contract renewals while acting as the Marketing Liaison for Medical/Legal/Regulatory review meetings. Institute marketing policies that promote operational discipline and cross-functional adoption. We plan to hire this Senior Manager role in September 2026. Compensation is estimated between $140,000 and $158,000 USD. The position supports Amylyx's mission to treat diseases with high unmet needs, including post-bariatric hypoglycemia and ALS, through rigorous science and a culture of accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, congress or event operations, commercial operations, agency management, or a related role in biotech or pharma industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex timelines, budgets, contracts, vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and operational processes
  • Experience supporting congresses, advisory boards, marketing events, or customer engagement programs
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, digital and print production processes, fulfillment operations, version control, and expiration management
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and collaborating with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical, and Commercial stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and follow-through
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality, compliance, and process consistency
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building and vendor-management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving orientation and ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • You will be expected to travel to our corporate location in Cambridge, MA several times a year and attend other company-related events as necessary and requested
  • You must have access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.) at your remote location
