Job Summary
Senior Manager in Marketing Operations responsible for cross-functional management of the promotional review process (PRC) for drug and/or device brands, leading Marketing Operations resources, and ensuring efficient, compliant submissions. Oversees PRC meetings, archival of reviewer comments, and optimization of the promotional review process across brands; serves as a subject matter expert on PRC, coordinating with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance. Manages related functions (Editorial Review, Print Production, Electronic System Administration) and partners with Brand Marketing and Compliance to meet brand milestones. Drives best practices, SOP conformance, timely submissions, and issue resolution; leads special projects to improve efficiency and materials management. Requires experience in pharmaceutical advertising, familiarity with Veeva, strong project management and leadership, and knowledge of FDA regulations. Education: Bachelor’s Degree; 5-10 years of experience. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5-10 years of experience
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment
- Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva strongly preferred
- Cross-functional, project management and team leadership/coaching experience
- Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
- Knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
