Job Summary

Own global marketing forecasting and performance intelligence across key acquisition channels including Paid Media, SEO, CRM, ASO, Social, and Consumer performance. Serve as the centralized partner to FP&A for marketing investment planning, influencing $40M+ in global media spend allocation decisions. Develop executive-ready performance narratives and top-of-funnel insights for monthly Executive Business Reviews, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities in marketplace performance. Build scenario planning frameworks to pressure-test assumptions and monitor competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy and investment prioritization. Support Board-level and executive-facing materials with high rigor and discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, forecasting, strategy, business intelligence, FP&A partnership, or a related field
  • deep expertise in acquisition performance measurement across channels such as Paid Media, SEO, CRM, and App growth
  • experience influencing investment decisions and strategic planning processes at scale, ideally across multi-market or global environments
  • strong cross-functional leader who thrives as a connector across teams, building alignment and accountability across stakeholders
  • exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational rigor, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-visibility environments
  • work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model
