Job Summary

Senior Marketing Manager - France/BeNeLux to drive growth and visibility of Topps’ Sport & Entertainment collectibles across France and Benelux. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing partner relationships and licenses, overseeing TV commercials from script to broadcast, and leading consumer/pseudo-ads across channels. Leads content and social media management in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, manages budgets, conducts consumer research, and collaborates with agencies and internal teams. Partners with football clubs, governing bodies, and brand partners; negotiates licenses and renewals; organizes large-scale events across multiple cities in France and the Benelux; works with sales teams to develop retail plans and maximize market penetration. Requires strong marketing experience in sports/entertainment, fluency in French and English (Dutch proficiency a plus), and a track record of delivering marketing campaigns; bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience preferred. Must be able to work with an international, decentralized team, and demonstrate strategic, creative, and execution-focused capabilities.
