Job Summary
Senior Manager leads the firm's marketing & communications strategy across brand, digital campaigns, content, internal/external communications, and events. Responsibilities include brand management, website/SEO, email marketing, paid media, social media, thought leadership content, recruitment campaigns, internal communications for employee engagement, collaboration with service-line leaders and business development to drive client acquisition and retention, oversight of sponsorships and events, analytics-driven optimization, vendor management, and mentoring of team members. Requires broad marketing/communications experience in professional services or entrepreneurial settings, strong leadership and relationship-building, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with writing, editing, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite is an asset). Relocation support is available.

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
