Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated commercial and marketing activities across ClearNote Health’s global clinical and biopharma businesses, coordinating product marketing, digital campaigns, sales enablement, demand generation, marketing communications, events, and strategic initiatives. Role involves developing product positioning and messaging, supporting go-to-market launches for new products and clinical data releases, creating sales and marketing content, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and Product teams to ensure clinically accurate messaging, driving digital marketing and demand generation, coordinating events and communications, and building scalable marketing processes while leveraging AI-enabled, digital-first programs to accelerate growth. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in healthcare/diagnostics marketing with strong cross-functional and regulated-environment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years of marketing experience within healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences; experience supporting commercial marketing, product launches, and demand generation
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing and go-to-market execution
- Sales enablement and commercial content development
- Digital marketing and campaign execution
- Scientific and clinical messaging development
- Cross-functional collaboration within regulated environments
- Conference, event, and webinar management
- Managing multiple projects and timelines in fast-paced organizations
- Working with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners
