Job Summary
Lead, develop and implement product and/or health plan strategic marketing plans across channels, including traditional and non-traditional outreach. Oversee the writing, design and production of member and provider materials, ensuring adherence to Corporate brand and style guidelines and regulatory requirements. Drive end-to-end AEP readiness and execution across assigned lines of business, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant outputs. Build and sustain internal and external relationships, manage measurement plans to assess marketing performance, and coordinate across teams to deliver on business objectives. This remote role with travel to meet customer needs within any time zone emphasizes strategic marketing, communications, and leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of marketing or communication experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Previous managed care or government programs experience preferred
- Strong writing skills and experience using publishing software
