Job Summary

Lead the U.S. marketing capability strategy by identifying critical skill gaps and developing learning strategies that strengthen marketing excellence. Conduct capability assessments and learning needs analyses to inform annual priorities, then partner with leadership to design and execute transformative programs. Deploy and localize global training initiatives while tailoring solutions to meet U.S. market needs, including workshops and development experiences. Drive capability measurement, champion AI-enabled development, and lead change management to ensure sustained adoption and measurable business impact. Oversee learning operations and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, capability building, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or related functions
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading capability-building programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand building, consumer insights, and modern marketing practices
  • Experience facilitating training programs and presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leaders
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment within a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience utilizing learning technologies, capability measurement tools, and development frameworks
  • Exceptional ability to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive presence skills
