Job Summary
Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics drives end-to-end analysis of physician, account, patient, and competitive data to shape brand strategy within AbbVie's Dermatology portfolio. The role translates complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights, leads fast-paced ad-hoc analytics projects, guides promotional investment strategies and ROI measurements, contributes to financial planning and forecasting, and collaborates with Brand and Sales leadership to align priorities and optimize performance. Strong analytical reasoning, business acumen, and experience with analytics/machine learning, third-party data sources (e.g., IQVIA/SHS), and cross-functional collaboration are required. Advanced communication and vendor-management skills are essential for influencing in a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with a concentration in marketing/sales/quantitative analysis preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information is required, including use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies.
