Job Summary

Senior Manager, Market Access Specialty Care supports the Director of Market Access to develop and execute market access strategies that enable optimal launch, pricing, reimbursement, and sustainable access to specialty care indications across international markets and partner regions. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and solid knowledge of international market access policies, health economics, and stakeholder engagement to deliver timely and equitable patient access. Key responsibilities include planning, pricing and reimbursement, HEOR evidence and value communication, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, policy monitoring and advocacy, project leadership and operations, and reporting. Qualifications include an advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics (PhD/MBA preferred), 7+ years in international market access, experience with GI/endocrinology/cardiovascular/rare disease, and fluency in English with additional languages desirable.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years in market access and reimbursement within international region role
  • Experience with GI, internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiovascular and rare disease market access
  • Proven track record in international launch planning and execution, including access strategy development with payers and policy makers networks
  • Fluent English; additional languages desirable
  • Strong understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and payer environments
  • Experience working in matrixed, multicultural teams across regions
  • Ability to manage multiple market access projects with budget and risk management
  • Knowledge of HEOR evidence, RWD, and payer negotiations materials
  • Experience using PRISMA, Smartsheet or similar internal systems
