Job Summary
Senior Manager, Market Access Specialty Care to support the Director of Market Access in developing and executing market access strategies for specialty care indications across international markets and partner regions. Responsibilities include planning market access strategies, pricing and reimbursement activities, evidence and value communication (HEOR, real-world data, value dossiers), stakeholder engagement with payers, HTA agencies, and regulatory bodies, cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams, policy monitoring and advocacy on international healthcare systems, and project leadership with budget/risk management using tools like PRISMA and Smartsheet. Requires advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field and 7+ years of international market access experience; fluent English; experience launching in international markets and working in matrixed, multicultural teams.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in market access and reimbursement within international region role, focusing on GI, internal medicine, endocrinology, Cardiovascular and rare disease market access
- Fluent English; additional languages desirable
