Senior Manager, Manufacturing Quality and New Product Deployment

Job Summary
Develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance standards across laboratories, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, production, and finished products. Manage the implementation of quality standards, execute compliance on every process stage, and administer quality assurance strategies and regulations. Handle potential risks, conduct audits and regulatory inspections, and liaise with external vendors to ensure their outputs meet organizational quality standards. Lead Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities, establish process controls documentation including FMEA and Control Plans, and create Safe Launch plans. Support root cause analysis and corrective action responses using 8D methodologies. Manage quality trainings and drive positive change in processes and products within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Hands On experience as a Quality Engineer, with minimum of 3 years' experience
- Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, VDA & IATF Quality Management Systems
- Time and program management skills
- Robust communication skills (written & verbal) in English and EU languages
- Capability to drive positive change in our processes and products
- Root Case Analysis and Corrective Actions skills (8D)
- MS Office, Oracle / Agile, Customer Web Portal capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Product launch experience (preferred with electronic components)
