Senior Manager, Manufacturing Injectables

Lead end-to-end injectable manufacturing operations on the shopfloor (Vial Line) with responsibility for aseptic operations, cGMP compliance, and supervision of compounding, filling, stoppering, and sealing activities. Oversee CIP/SIP, environmental monitoring, BMR/BPR review and deviation management, and ensure training and competency development of the department. Maintain audit readiness for regulatory inspections and support equipment/process validation and autoclave operations. Drive safety, cross-contamination prevention, and production optimization while building team capability and ensuring regulatory compliance across all manufacturing activities in Ahmedabad.
