Job Summary
Senior FP&A leader responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the site, including manufacturing cost and inventory analysis, with liaison to U.S. operations and Korean HQ. Lead site-level budgeting and rolling forecasts, perform variance analysis on monthly results (P&L, margins, cost structures), and develop financial models to support executive decisions. Oversee actual cost accounting for manufacturing operations, oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation, and partner with operations to optimize production cost control. Prepare executive-level HQ reports and ensure alignment with corporate policies, acting as primary financial liaison between U.S. operations and Korean HQ. Requires strong cross-border collaboration in a multinational environment and advanced Excel/ERP skills; Korean + English bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience in cost management and KPI reporting
- Experience preparing executive-level or headquarters reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a structured finance organization and communicate clearly across reporting lines
- Advanced Excel proficiency; ERP experience preferred
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal) highly preferred
