Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of major donor stewardship touchpoints, including correspondence programs, impact reports, and video messaging platforms. Manage tracking of stewardship deliverables, oversee CRM data integrity in Salesforce, and coordinate reviews and approvals for leadership acknowledgements and donor reports. Drive continuous improvement of donor engagement systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align donor interests with organizational priorities. Ensure all stewardship actions are captured accurately to support analysis and reporting. Occasional travel required approximately twice per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible related experience in donor stewardship, fundraising operations, or major gifts in a nonprofit organization
- Experience supporting major gift fundraising team
- Strong understanding of donor engagement and stewardship best practices
- Proven ability of attention to detail
- Experience maintaining CRM systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Occasional travel (approximately 2 times per year)
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant coursework or certifications in nonprofit management, communications, or fundraising
- Experience with Canva or other design tools
