Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team of business managers and analysts supporting the LTAMDS Production, Sustainment, and Development portfolios. Serve as the primary business partner to the Program Director and IPT Leads, owning all financial planning, baseline management, and performance reporting across the program. Develop and maintain program financial strategies, EACs, funding profiles, and long-range plans while overseeing proposal development and pricing for domestic and international captures. Ensure timely, accurate financial and programmatic data for senior leadership through monthly reviews and customer reporting. Drive process improvement and represent the business organization in cross-program councils. This role offers high visibility to Mission Area and Corporate leadership within a growth-oriented environment focused on innovation.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field
- 10 years applicable experience
- Advanced degree with 7 years applicable experience
- Experience with EVMS, baseline planning and/or IMS integration
- Experience partnering/communicating complex financial information succinctly to executive levels
- Experience with Raytheon financial systems (i.e. IPDS, APEX, Prism and/or PMX)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in competitive proposals, cost strategy development, and shaping financial/contracting terms
- Experience with international programs, FMS/Direct Commercial Sales, and global trade considerations
- Experience developing and mentoring teams through periods of growth and workload transition
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of shaping program direction and influencing decision-making
- Preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA
