Senior Manager (m/w/x) Capacity Planning

Job Summary
Plan and coordinate capacity and production activities across network changes, including warehouse launches, closures, and automation rollouts. Manage order allocation settings and the Production Planning Template to integrate forecasts and align planning decisions with demand. Define, monitor, and adjust inbound and outbound labor capacity while maintaining accurate visibility of warehouse storage utilization. Prepare daily, weekly, and mid-term volume forecasts to translate actionable plans for operations and support budgeting. Monitor key performance indicators to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements in planning processes and tools. Own and operate the Production Planning Template, integrating inbound, outbound, and fullness forecasts. Ensure planning decisions are aligned with capacity and demand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on labor and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and network design
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
