Job Summary
Lead transformation projects in Supply Chain Management and Operations, guiding clients from concept to implementation through strategy work, organizational development, and sustainable improvements. Drive efficiency gains, optimize working capital, and enhance logistics networks by developing concepts for production network analyses. Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end while building client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and leading team development. Travel approximately two days weekly across Austria and the DACH region to support on-site engagements. Requires a degree in business, engineering, or computer science with at least six years of relevant experience in supply chain and operations, including three to four years in management consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch– & Englisch- Kenntnisse
- Mindestens 2 Tage wöchentliche Reisebereitschaft (primär österreichweit, fallweise international)
- Absolviertes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen, -informatik bzw. verwandten Fachrichtungen
- Mind. 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management und Operations
- Min. 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Management Beratung
- Sicherheit in der Akquise und im Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
- Erfahrung in Führungs- oder Projektverantwortung
