Job Summary
Senior Manager M&A Finance role leading Finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestments, integrations and carve-outs, serving as Finance lead within the M&A project team. Responsibilities include providing Finance input into M&A transactions (due diligence, integration due diligence, valuation support, business case alignment, Purchase Agreement input), defining and executing the Finance integration strategy with Business Finance leadership and PMO, driving disentanglement activities for divestments from planning through execution, coordinating Finance activities across Accounting & Reporting, Internal Control, Treasury, Tax and Finance Operations, supporting deal execution elements (completion mechanisms, carve-out financial risks, TSLA mechanics, transition to BAU), and deploying and improving Finance standards, processes, governance and tools. Requires collaboration across functions and strong cross-functional, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance roles within a large, complex, multinational organization
- Experience with M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, integrations and/or carve-outs
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across multiple Finance disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive project execution, process improvements and issue resolution
