Job Summary
Senior Manager, Luxury Mixed-Use Development at Marriott oversees the generation and evaluation of luxury hotel and branded residential development opportunities in the United States, Canada, and CALA, conducting desktop analyses and site visits, performing market studies review, initiating cold outreach to potential owners/franchisees, responding to deal inquiries within 24 hours, coordinating with development teams, improving automated work processes, preparing letters of interest and term sheets, and supporting monthly committee processes and governance reports. The role emphasizes opportunity generation, data gathering for deals, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, site/market visits, reviewing external market studies, and facilitating the development lifecycle from lead generation to corporate approvals. Core activities include conducting market analyses, documenting leads, sharing opportunities across Marriott brands, and assisting with RFPs and ongoing reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related major
- 4 years’ experience in business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
