Job Summary
Lead and optimize large-scale warehouse logistics processes at the Sevenum site, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations across multiple areas. Manage a large indirect workforce of up to 300 employees through coaching, development, and effective scheduling. Drive end-to-end logistics performance using a KPI-based approach to achieve quality, productivity, and service targets while implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure full adherence to safety, legal, and quality standards including ISO 9001 and GDP. Lead logistics projects to introduce new processes and concepts, providing structured reporting on performance, risks, and improvements to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5–7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder im Lagerbetrieb, einschließlich Verantwortung in einer leitenden operativen Funktion
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung großer operativer Teams über mehrere Führungsebenen hinweg
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur KPI-basierten Leistungssteuerung und Produktivitätsoptimierung
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Lean-Methoden und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
