Job Summary
Lead and optimize large-scale warehouse logistics processes at the Sevenum site, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations across multiple logistics areas. Manage a large indirect workforce of up to 300 employees through coaching, development, and effective scheduling while overseeing end-to-end logistics to meet quality, productivity, cost, and service level targets. Drive operational performance using KPIs, implement continuous improvement projects, and ensure strict adherence to safety, legal, and ISO/GDP standards. Report transparently to the Director of Logistics on performance, risks, and improvement measures.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5–7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder im Warehouse-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in einer leitenden operativen Funktion
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung großer operativer Teams über mehrere Führungsebenen hinweg
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Steuerung von Performance und Produktivität anhand von KPIs
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden
- Kenntnisse in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
