Job Summary
Senior Manager Logistics at Redcare Pharmacy leads and optimizes large-scale warehouse logistics at the Sevenum site, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations. Accountable for end-to-end logistics across multiple areas, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and steering productivity, quality, and service levels via KPIs. Manages a large indirect workforce (up to ~300) and ensures a safe work environment, regulatory compliance (including ISO 9001 and GDP), and continuous improvements. Leads logistics projects and oversees reporting to the Associate Director Logistics, focusing on performance, risks, and improvement actions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations, including senior operational leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing large operational teams through multiple leadership layers
- Strong capability in KPI-based performance management and productivity steering
- Solid understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Professional working proficiency in English
