Job Summary
Senior Manager leads and evolves the end-to-end lifecycle marketing program (email, CRM, SMS, automated journeys) across multi-channel campaigns, owns HubSpot Campaigns and database activation, partners with Sales/Education/IT/external agencies, builds reporting and QA frameworks, and drives acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through data-informed lifecycle strategies; role is hands-on and includes player-coach leadership of a lifecycle marketing team, with focus on segmentation, testing, personalization, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, marketing operations, or related growth marketing disciplines
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, reporting, segmentation, and campaign management
- Experience working with Salesforce and broader marketing technology ecosystems and integrations
- Proven success leading lifecycle strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analyses
- Advanced expertise in segmentation strategy, personalization, lead nurturing, and automated customer journey development
- Experience troubleshooting technical marketing automation and CRM issues independently and collaboratively
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, QA, and database governance
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive organizational alignment
