Job Summary
Senior Manager, Lifecycle, Loyalty & Promotions Marketing responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive member engagement and incremental revenue for Marriott Bonvoy. Focuses on lifecycle marketing, loyalty promotions, and optimization of the digital customer experience, leveraging customer insights, data, and marketing technology to inform strategy, collaborate with cross-discipline teams, and enhance promotions capabilities including machine learning and emerging business needs. Reports to the Director, Lifecycle; Loyalty & Promotions Marketing. Core activities include building end-to-end marketing campaigns, measuring ROI, analyzing campaign performance, and driving growth through lifelong engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundation with CRM/customer marketing program measurement, including audience segmentation, promotion development and management, and ROI analysis
- Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development
- Knowledge of and experience with marketing technology (Martech) and promotion capabilities, with the ability to implement best practices in marketing promotions
