Job Summary
Senior Manager in Commercial Banking Operations within the Capital Finance Operations team responsible for end-to-end life-of-loan servicing of Asset-Based Lending portfolios, including client loan servicing, syndicated facilities, bought participations, and payoffs. Leads multi-location teams (6-10 Commercial Loan Servicing Specialists) across loan production, servicing, documentation, pre-closing/closing, monitoring, or underwriting activities; drives process improvement, risk controls, governance, and SLA attainment; collaborates with Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Collateral teams to deliver seamless service; oversees adherence to policies and compliance requirements; participates in system enhancements and UAT for lending platforms; on-site with a hybrid work schedule and up to 10% travel; relocation assistance is available; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
