Job Summary
Lead arbitration proceedings, manage litigation oversight, and provide transactional legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence, and advise on project finance arrangements while ensuring compliance with local and international laws. Proactively identify legal risks, develop compliance frameworks, and mentor a team of junior legal professionals. Requires 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in arbitration, litigation, and transactional law.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
- 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in arbitration, litigation, transactional law, and project finance
