Job Summary
Senior Manager, Legal Project Management leads budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements for matter budgets across fee arrangements, collaborating with lawyers and the Pricing team to enhance efficiency, client service, and firm profitability. The role oversees matter setup, budgeting, tracking, and reporting, supports data initiatives, and drives adoption of LPM methodologies and technology across the organization. Fully remote within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, or related field preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in a professional services environment
- at least 2 years in the legal industry
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL is a plus
