Job Summary
Handle a wide variety of operational legal matters, including day-to-day legal inquiries from all levels of the business unit. Provide legal opinions to senior counsel on diverse matters, execute legal research, and monitor legislative, regulatory, and industry developments to assess potential impacts. Participate in industry conferences and presentations, and as needed, revise, draft, and negotiate agreements to protect company interests. Contribute to risk assessments, dispute management, and governance activities to ensure compliance. This role requires a minimum of seven years of relevant experience and operates within a hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and analyze legal issues effectively
- Proficient in interpreting statutory provisions and case law
- Capable of drafting clear and accurate legal documentation
