Job Summary
Design, execute, and continuously improve technical learning programs supporting product execution priorities, including engineering disciplines like electrical, embedded software, and CAD/CAE. Manage a team of six direct reports and four contract resources, driving the adoption of the Docebo LMS and establishing a comprehensive skills management framework. Partner with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, facilitate monthly governance meetings, and track KPIs for training effectiveness and productivity impact. Lead the transition toward integrating learning with talent and performance processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in education, Human Resources, engineering, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on technical or engineering domains
- Proven experience in program management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies (preferably Docebo LMS) and skills management systems
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Experience working with global teams and managing contract resources
