Job Summary
Senior Manager, Learning Experience Designer leads the enterprise learning framework and curriculum design to accelerate seller productivity and drive measurable commercial outcomes. Design end-to-end learning journeys that translate sales methodology, process, and enabling technology into practical, field-ready experiences (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, in-field enablement) and integrate AI-enabled modalities where appropriate. Define and govern standards for enterprise learning architectures, ensure scalable, consistent delivery across regions, and embed learning into how sellers operate. Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate impact on productivity, funnel progression, adoption, and performance using data from CRM and learning systems. Partner with Sales, HR, Commercial Technology, and Regional Enablement to align priorities, drive adoption of enterprise learning standards, and sustain learning application. Require collaboration with executive-level stakeholders, balance global consistency with local execution, and equip frontline leaders with tools to sustain behavior change. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, LMS, and familiarity with CRM data insights is expected; experience with Veeva Vault and Salesforce is a plus. The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability to ensure learning investments translate into tangible commercial value in a global MedTech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales capability, instructional design, or related roles
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience developing eLearning modules, documentation, training materials, and LMS
- Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, Veeva Vault preferred)
- Ability to influence without authority and communicate with executives
- Strong project-management and stakeholder-management capabilities
