Job Summary
Senior Manager, Learning & Development responsible for end-to-end ownership of onboarding and training programs. Lead design, build, delivery, and iteration of core L&D initiatives; partner with Head of L&D to implement scalable systems, knowledge management, and measurement. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding sessions, designing and delivering curricula, building video libraries and SOPs in Notion, growing the training library, and using data to inform program improvements. Requires 3-5 years in L&D, Bachelor's degree, facilitation and instructional design skills, data-driven mindset, and experience with Notion/Lattice. Hybrid role based in the Tampa Bay Area with on-site days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development
- Experience owning L&D operations in a fast-growing organization
- Managing learning systems and documentation
- Strong facilitation skills
- Instructional design fluency
- Data-literate and metrics-driven
- Experience with Notion, Lattice, or similar tools
- Self-starter with ownership mindset
- Operational focus on building and delivering learning programs
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Healthcare/service environment experience is a plus
