Job Summary
Senior Manager, Launch & Solutions responsible for planning and executing high-impact merchant launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet launch requirements, defining and tracking launch metrics, and developing new service offerings. Also leads on-site support, leadership development, and the creation of user-friendly workflows and dashboards using tools like Asana, Slack, Salesforce, and Google applications. Requires significant operational experience in e-commerce fulfillment, strong leadership, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to train and mentor operations teams to ensure smooth transitions and effective utilization of new merchant solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations, inventory management, and process optimization
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset; ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, Metabase, Tableau
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software, including ERP and warehouse management systems
- Strong understanding of inventory control best practices, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments and levels
- Ability to travel up to 15-25%
