Senior Manager, Last Mile Operations

Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and maintain high standards for all operational activities. Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff effectively while directing front-line management and managing contract drivers operating up to seven days per week across multiple regional locations. Build relationships with external customers and location managers to ensure continuous operating improvements and generate positive customer satisfaction. Oversee P&L and work with the national sales team to facilitate new avenues of growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of operations experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
