Senior Manager, Land Acquisition (Central Region)

Conduct site identification and evaluation for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects while securing locations and collaborating with the development team to de-risk them. Lead landowner engagement and negotiation, manage due diligence, and supervise internal and external land agents. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with brokers and local stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in land acquisition, real estate transactions, or renewable energy development, including experience negotiating complex deals and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Physical duties include sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 20 pounds in both office and field environments.
