Job Summary
Senior Manager, Joint Ventures & Business Planning leads integrated business planning for Fortescue's Mining Operations, ensuring alignment between operational priorities, corporate strategic plan and long-term value objectives. Drives annual business planning, coordinates inputs from Operations, Finance, Commercial and Corporate functions; oversees portfolio performance, governance of joint ventures, and capital allocation decisions; delivers strategic analysis, business case development and executive decision support to optimise joint venture performance and shareholder value. Builds strong relationships with Joint Venture partners and internal stakeholders to achieve aligned commercial and strategic outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent are highly regarded.
